detail of Millet bread and Boo

1 • ""1kg of groundnut/Peanuts and simsim
2 • 2budles of green vegetable
3 • 4 fingers of Okra
4 • 1gm of Sodium Carbonate "Magadi"
5 • 2tea spoons of Salt
6 • 1kg Millet Flour""
1 • ""roast the groundnuts and simsim separately
2 • remove the coatings groundnut
3 • grind the groundnut and simsim to make a "Odii"
4 • Wash the pot and pour 2 liters of water with "magadi" and place it on the fire to let boil.
5 • pick the leaves off the stalk and clean it
6 • Use a knife to slice the boo into pieces
7 • Add the boo and okrato the boiling water in the pot and let it cook
8 • Meanwhile keep on stirring for 30 minutes.
9 • Filter the soup and mix with "Odii" forms thick brown soup
10 • Add the cooked boo to the soup
11 • Place 1½ liters water in a source pan and boil it
12 • add millet flour to the boiling water
13 • let it stay for 5 minutes before mixing
14 • Use a mingling stick and mingle till it forms thick paste for 10 minutes
15 • serve 2 ladles of cooked boo in to plate
16 • place the cook millet bread on another plate
17 • The millet bread will have a brown colour appearance and the Boo dish will be green with a yellowish soup and this should be served hot for the best satisfaction.""
